{in the kitchen} a week of meals.

So as I mentioned in my last post, I meal plan. When I first starting meal planning it was the most tortuous task ever. It seems so overwhelming because I always felt like I had to plan fancy meals and then what about breakfast and lunch? Do I plan a snack? and then there is the whole making a grocery list from that meal plan. My downfall has always been convincing myself don't need what I put on my list and then regretting that and not having enough for all the meals. I don't know why I do that.

Anyway! I thought it might be fun to make a post with the meals I have planned for the week. The week being April 7th - April 13th. Breakfast, lunch, and snack included and obviously dinner. :P
